I made this for the first time yesterday and it’s AMAZING. I’m only cooking for two so I love meals that reheat nicely for lunch and this is perfect. I used hot Italian turkey sausage and it was perfectly spicy. This is definitely something I’ll be making each Sunday to eat throughout the week. Thanks again for an awesome recipe!
