I like the Fitzgerald books, reminds me of art deco in a way. I do recognise your bookshelf problems because I’m big on organising by collections too, and at the moment I just place collection after collection which means that any additions create the need for an overhaul. Organising only by author is a great idea, but it doesn’t look as nice.

As a brand manager as well as a manager of people within my department, I have found that I constantly struggle with no “out of the box” ideas or motivation becomes stagnant altogether. It’s nice to have a resource like this one to help bring life back to our group – it encourages people to actually THINK about the purpose verses just chugging along with the day to day work activities that don’t necessarily bring results.

There is pieces of wire running back and forth across the window in rows., I dont recall what they are made off. But anyways these wires are heated when you turn on the back defroster, thus resulting in the melting of snow, ice, whatever and leaving the lines on the window until the ice is gone.
